Returns
We seriously want you to love your purchase! Clothes should make you feel beautiful. If the item
just isn’t your jam, it is eligible to return with the following conditions:
We will gladly refund unwashed/unworn items with original tags and packaging within 10 days of
your package delivery date. We cannot accept returns on items that have been soiled,
damaged or altered. We reserve the right to refuse any items that do not fit this criteria. Any
returns received in poor condition will be immediately shipped back to the customer and will not
be processed.
Items with "FINAL SALE" in the product title are not eligible for returns.
Jewelry & Accessories under $50 are not eligible for returns.
Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
We only accept returns for items purchased through our website (nataliebusby.com) or the
Natalie Busby flagship store. We do not accept returns for Natalie Busby items purchased from
our retail partners.
To Start The Return Process:
If you wish to return an item, please email sales@nataliebusby.com within 10 days of your
package delivery to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and the item
you wish to return. After your return is approved, we will send you a return label and instructions
on how to return your package. Easy-Peasy.
If you do not see a reply to your return request email within 24 hours, please check your spam
folder. After taking this step, shoot us another email or call our shop 615-915-2211.
*Please note: $8 return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Returns are not accepted if they are not mailed within 2 weeks of delivery.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to exchange an item is to purchase a new item in the desired size or color and submit a request to return your original items. Your new item will be shipped promptly and your original items will be refunded once they are received.
You can also email sales@nataliebusby.com if you would like to exchange an item without purchasing a new one. Let us know your order number and the size or color for which you would like to exchange. Once your return is received, we will ship your exchange items out.
Shipping
Standard shipping is free on all orders over $150.
Our flat rate shipping via USPS Priority Mail is $10. Please leave an order note and email
sales@nataliebusby.com to request service from another carrier.
Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days of purchase. You will receive an
email with your USPS tracking number once your order has been processed. If you do not see
your order confirmation or tracking email, please check your spam folder.
Transit time for USPS Priority Mail is approximately 2-5 business days. Please allow up to 10
business days for your order to arrive, however most packages arrive sooner.
All items ship from Nashville, TN.
We cannot guarantee delivery dates on packages shipped with standard shipping.

Standard Shipping does not include insurance. If you package has been lost in transit,

Natalie Busby is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
In Store Pickup:
Local to Nashville and want to pick up in store? Come on by! Choose the "In Store Pickup" option at checkout. We are open Monday- Saturday 10am-6pm. Orders are typically ready within 2 hours.
