How does your sizing run?

While most Natalie Busby styles are made true to size, some sizes may vary depending on the style. Shoot us an email (sales@nataliebusby.com) and we'll help point you in the right direction. Or, give us a call at 615-915-2211.

Where does my order ship from?

We ship orders from our flagship store in Nashville, TN.

Where is your clothing made?

All Natalie Busby clothing is designed in Nashville and produced in the USA.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. If you need to modify or would like to request a change to your order, please contact sales@nataliebusby.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes before an order is shipped, but once an order has been shipped it cannot be modified.

Sales tax?

Sales tax is charged on applicable items shipped within the state of Tennessee.

Gifting?

Natalie Busby Gift Cards are available for purchase on our site.

If you are purchasing an item as a gift and would like to request additional return time to accommodate a special occasion, please email us with your request before purchasing. We can extend the standard 10 day return policy in exchange for store credit, but this must be indicated in the order notes. This policy is at our desecration and must be arranged before your purchase is made. This policy cannot be applied to items already purchased.

Availability?

Natalie Busby does not guarantee the availability of any items listed on nataliebusby.com. If for any reason your item is not available at the time of purchase, we will contact you as soon as we realize the product is not available to ship and your money will be refunded.

Receive a damaged or defective product?

Oh Dear!... We'll make it right. If you received a damaged or defective item, please bring this to our attention immediately by emailing sales@nataliebusby.com. Include your order number and a photo/description of the damage.

Do you sell gift cards?

Gift cards can be purchased through our website or Natalie Busby Flagship store.

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes! Check out our stockist page to see where we currently sell Natalie Busby. To inquire about wholesale, please email sales@nataliebusby.com for more information.

We offer a 10% discount code to new customers signing up for email for the first time. You'll also want to make sure you're signed up to our email list to stay in the loop on limited time promotions and discounts.

In Store Pick up?

Yes! Choose the In Store pick up option at check out to waive shipping and pick your order up from our East Nashville Retail shop. Our hours are Monday-Saturday 10-6. order are typically available to pick up within 2 hours.
