Can I cancel my Order?
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. If you need to modify or would like to request a change to your order, please contact us at email@example.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes before an order is shipped, but once an order has been shipped it cannot be modified.
Sales tax is charged on applicable items shipped within the state of Tennessee.
If you are purchasing an item as a gift and would like to request additional return time to accommodate a special occasion, please email us with your request before purchasing. We can extend the standard 7 day return policy in exchange for store credit, but this must be indicated in the order notes. This policy is at our desecration and must be arranged before your purchase is made. This policy cannot be applied to items already purchased.

Receive a damaged or defective product?
Oh Dear!... We’ll make it right. If you received a damaged or defective item, please bring this to our attention immediately by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your order number and a photo/description of the damage.
